As you learned, RemSupp is a remote desktop solution which allows you to assist customers remotely, work with colleagues from a distance and also stay connected with your own devices or assist friends and family members.

To connect the different devices, RemSupp is using the Support code. 

Support code

A RemSupp support code is a unique numeric value assigned to each RemSupp account. The support code is designed not to change and should remain constant. Think of this as a phone number of a support agent. RemSupp support code has 9 digits.
